I had a similar question a week ago, then I joined a gym, where she coached the track and I have since been improved.

But to help the circuit weight training in most sports and tone your body and may help you lose weight.

If you want to build a real circuit training endurance, you have to push yourself and really good training, otherwise you will not see the changes (good changes, of course.)
