the guy who fixed my mower, my nature is to some sensitive valves for cleaning and somethings said in my nature. It was one gallons new full Chevron with Techron. I went to bow or something else? I have the mower, like 6 months ago.

The additives can be used in vehicles. It is possible, I suppose, that a lawn mower leave residues can be problematic.
Yes, I think you should try regular gasoline with no special formula for your lawn ...
(unless the emissions are less than additive in all gasoline in some provinces, such as the norm.)

I've never heard of anything like that. Is it possible that there were some impurities in the final box before? What about the tank on the lawnmower? By "sticky" is the presence of coal or something else?

Are you sure it was not E85? The 10% ethanol can cause problems, but it is usually on older machines. E85 could be a real mess.
